Straight answers

Do tenants pay anything?

No. Searching, enquiring and messaging are free for tenants, always. Your subscription is what funds LetHive.

Can I choose who I let to?

Yes, the decision is entirely yours. LetHive never scores, ranks or filters out an enquirer on your behalf.

What happens if I cancel?

Your listings stay on the marketplace and enquiries keep arriving. You lose the toolkit: compliance reminders, notice paperwork and APA packs.

Do you handle the benefit payments?

No. We prepare the request and hold the evidence. You or your tenant submit it, and payments go direct to you.

What if I already use STEMHQ?

Your properties and certificates carry across. Already a STEMHQ customer? 25% off for as long as you hold both.

LetHive is a marketplace and a record-keeping toolkit. It does not select or score tenants, does not give legal advice, and holds no connection to DWP, council or insurer systems. Payment arrangements and notices remain yours to submit and serve.
